Copperas Cove ISD -

The board room is suitable for small to medium groups. There are 79 chairs, 12 six-foot tables, five 3.5-foot tables, and 10 round tables. There are three wall-mounted TV’s. Internet is available via WiFi and ethernet connection.

To reserve the board room, review the calendar to see if your date and time are available. Complete the Board Room Request Form. If you have one event title to schedule for more than one date (and the times will be consistent), you may list the dates as a series in the area for "Event Date." Please click "Send" at the bottom of the form. Reservations will be confirmed via email and then posted to the calendar.

Please note: board meetings take precedent over any other scheduled meetings. If it becomes necessary to schedule a board meeting on a date or time you have previously reserved, we will do our best to work with you to make other arrangements for your event.
